I have never had such a rude drive through experience. As I was ordering after each item the tenant would say “Is that all?” And each time they sounded more and more annoyed that I was ordering more(two drinks and a bagel). Second time this has happened to me, but I went and ordered the Honey Cinnamon Vanilla Matcha with Oatmilk, but received a Honey Cinnamon Vanilla COFFEE instead. Didn't realize it until I got to work and called the store to tell them about my order, only for somebody to answer and act like I didn't have a reason to call and complain. They wanted me to COME BACK and get it remade. When I told them that I was at work and that wasn't possible, they replied, "okay?" No longer going to Biggby on the way to work.
