Purchased 2 toasted bagels with cream cheese and asked for cream cheese to be put on both sides. So disappointed especially for the cost. Bagels were limp and soft and barely any cream cheese on them. I did take a pic of the bagel when I opened it. They were disgusting to eat. So chewy not like a bagel should be.
First time at a Bigby's, and the girls at the counter were kind, quick, and gave me an excellent recommendation.
