I loooove Biggby! The chocolate chip cookie cream freeze with a whole cookie and 2 shots of expresso is absolutely amazinggggg. Being a mommy with a newborn is definitely the coffee for me ❣️ the ladies are always nice and the place is clean. Definitely worth the trip also Wednesday is Bogo day so worth it!
Ordered a decaf red velvet latte and they gave me 3 shots of espresso. I went back to see if they would correct it and they refused even though they messed up my order. I had my receipt in hand and the manager was rude, told me there's nothing they could do. Then gave me the owner's business card. Just fix the problem and make it right, you're the one that got my order wrong. Your coffee is too expensive anyway. I'll just take my business elsewhere.
I absolutely love Biggby and this location. Every employee is so friendly and welcoming. Coffee always tastes delicious and I love the Asiago bragel with turkey, bacon, cheddar cheese with egg for extra protein. The only issue I have is when other customers in their cars come in the wrong way to go through the drive thru and almost hit my car.
