the staff here is THE best!!
Ordered a 20oz sweet foam cold brew with light ice, then proceeded to ask if it was frozen or iced, then proceeded to ask me what I ordered once at the window while I'm the only person at the store. Oof what an experience.
Used to be a frequent flyer here before I met the manager Shivan- who not only was rude, unpleasant, and unwelcoming to me as a customer but I watched as she degraded her own underage employees who are just stepping into the workplace. I am so disgusted with an adult treating children that way that I will now be going to the other end of town for coffee as I've boycotted this spot. I hope her management team sees and addresses that she is not fit for customer service based work.
Just disappointed about the bagel sandwich, wasn't the best. Service was great. Great drinks, many selections.
