The S Westnedge Biggby has a great team. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and my drink was made just right. Unfortunately, the experience was a little disappointing because the location advertises free Wi-Fi, but it wasn’t working during my visit. Really good food and really nice place I would go there for a quick pit stop on the road !
Long wait times
Although it was a slow morning and there were 3 employees working, they struggled to function. They made our drinks and completely forgot our sandwiches, then ignored us when we stayed at the pickup counter even though no one else was in line. We finally had to ask if our sandwiches were ready, and the one employee who seemed to be doing something finally checked and started to make them. This all took 20 minutes.
