I had a mobile order to pick up this time. I ordered about 20-25 minutes before I arrived, but they didn't make my food until I arrived. They did not greet me when I came in, they just let me stand there until finally they figured out that I had the pick up order. The drink was done when I arrived and it just sat on the counter while I wanted for them to address me, then while they make the bagel that they still had to make. Simply amazing. The staff was very fun, kind, and knowledgeable. I had a bit of a long order. The cashier was very patient and helpful. They deserve a big shout out...unfortunately I didnt get any of their names. 😅
Stopped going here, they never had my order ready even after ordering 1 drink and waiting 15 minutes. The staff would always be in the back doing nothing. Don’t order from here
Ordered the red eye. Was desperate for some high quality Joe in this neck of the woods. I was utterly disappointed when when you spend $6 and get mud water I should’ve gone to a gas station and would’ve probably scored better.
Ordered a mocha mocha hot and a white lighting hot the mocha was soo heavy on raw coffee bean didn't taste nothing mocha and the white lighting tasted soo water down like the Ihop on westnedge had the people at biggby remake it still water down like if they used the same coffee over and over its sad I really like this place now have to find another decent coffee shop
