Flavored coffee had no flavor to it tasted like flat coffee and cream no flavor
Best staff, absolutely amazing every time
Last time I went I said my order, employee repeated the order wrong. I was nice when I repeated it again and the employee sighed exasperatedly. I said don't even worry about it and left. The employees here need to remember some of the people they serve are first responders, nurses, someone getting off a 12hr shift. If your employees can't handle a 2 drink order without being annoyed (no one else was in the location or in line) they need to find a new job and not take it out on customers. This location is usually good, but lately is very lackluster. My order has been wrong multiple times now, never used to be like this. And then this morning when I walked in there was no one behind the counter waiting to greet anyone, and the mobile order I put in wasn’t ready even though I placed it more than 20 minutes prior and they clearly weren’t busy since there were 3 workers and no one was at the counter. They really need to step it up because this place is going downhill.
