Never makes anything right and be ready to wait at least 20-30 minutes in the drive-thru. Update: Went back for their "last chance" and I was confronted by one of the employees about my review. I was told I should use online ordering to ensure my order is correct and done in a timely manner. The employee made is seem like my bad experiences were my fault due to not using online ordering. Based on other reviews online ordering doesn't make a difference, will not be going back to this location.
Baristas always make my drink perfectly and the bragels are always hot and fresh! Friendly staff and always fast! Love the Eastman road bigby gang!
Biggby on Eastman in midland is my favorite coffee shop! The ladies are so kind ,my drinks are made quickly everything taste great!
