Takes forever to get your stuff and then half of the time it isn’t even the right order.
Pretty sad when you're supposed to be open, it's 7:30 am on a Saturday and no one is there, no reason why they are not open. Seems they just don't care.
Place was pretty good up until the last month and a half, I get getting an order wrong on occasion, things happen, however, of late it's constantly wrong. Drinks with the wrong flavoring, black coffee with creamer added when explicitly it's stated "black coffee" constantly having to correct the order when the orders read back still to get it wrong. Everybody is so nice and very helpful. They always offer coupons and are always excited to see my dog, even giving him a treat! Happy that sanford has a place to grab a quick coffee
