We walked up to the window because we had a trailer and didn’t want to do the drive thru. A woman opened the order window and said we would have a 15 minute wait because the drive thru was wrapped around the building. Update: the store was able to make it right and it is greatly appreciated your guys coffee is so good and I'm glad the issue was resolved! Thank you guys! Ordered a couple 24 ounce coffees, my husband brought them home and they were completely disqusting, someone obviously didn't add enough flavoring. I proceeded to call the store and explain the situation, upon that phone call I was told to drive all the way back to get a replacement order...mind you I live about 25-30 mins away from this certain location. 2 issues we had this morning. 1- whichever young lady took our order was ignorant. Rushy and asked “that all?” In a snobby tone immediately after each item was placed. Was also told my total in an ignorant tone. If you can’t handle a morning rush, you really should not work as a barista at a high paced establishment, plain and simple. -if you can’t handle your job there’s also plenty of others out there. 2- drinks were made incorrectly!
