The drive thru can be painfully slow. Got stuck in line for 20 minutes all to find out that their toaster was broken when it was finally my turn to order.
THE ICED COFFEE USED TO BE SO MUCH BETTER!!! IM TOLD NOTHING HAS CHANGED, BUT SOMETHING IS WRONG. NOW AN 8 DOLLAR COFFEE WHEN HANDED TO YOU THE ICE IS ALREADY MELTED AND IT HAS NO FLAVOR. ITS LIKE WATERED DOWN.... MILK.
The food and drinks are served just right, orders processed quickly and accurately, and the baristas are sweet and sociable
The staff member at the window was cheerful and kind! He had a great attitude that made the morning rush craziness a bit better. The Mango Blood Orange creme freeze was delicious, and I'm assuming the donut holes were equally good as my child ate them all. Lol.
This crew of 3 literally worked together as one. I was watching 1 make the drink, she stepped away to grab a cup and a top as the 2nd person stirred the drink and then she placed the top on it. It’s so good to see people who enjoy their job and make you feel like they need you more than you need them.
