Disappointed with my visit today at Biggby Coffee. I purchased two waffle sandwiches, and both were still cold — the sausage was uncooked, and the cheese wasn’t even melted. For the prices Biggby charges, I expected much better quality. Definitely not something I’d recommend based on this experience.
Biggby coffee USED TO BE SO MUCH BETTER!!! Now when you get your ICED latte the ice is already melted, and the 8 dollar drink already tastes like watered down milk. ALL BIGGBYS USED TO HAVE ACTUAL COOFFE WITH A HINT OF FLAVOR, NOW THEY ALL ALL SAY EVERYTHINGS THE SAME, BUT ITS NOT. ITS WATERED DOWN MILK LIKE ITS BEEN SITTING IN THE SUN. ABSOLUTELY NO FLAVOR.
Not one to throw a big fit but waited over 15 minutes just to get what I didn’t order one of the drinks I ordered as iced came hot and one of the bagels that I order with eggs and cheese came with both butter and cream cheese when I only ordered one that way just disappointing when you spent over 20 just to get what you didn’t order
Weekday morning crew is the best! I typically go through the drive thru. Good experience. I have sat in the dining room for coffee and a conversation. It was fairly comfortable for a long talk. Bathroom is available.
Coffee was reasonable. Cheaper than Starbucks. My wife liked the donut holes
