When you have a coupon buy one get one and your kids use their own $ to buy themselves a treat after school, you most definitely do not expect to hear the total being over 15 $ for 2 20 oz drinks. Completely ridiculous. Then you ask the girl what you can do and she says nothing really. So what that tells me there is no one at that location that is accountable for anything other than serving drinks. No supervision no managers just 2 kids.
