Amazing coffee and pretty great service!
This is not meant to be a bashing review, but I'm very disappointed in this location, I have come here about 4 times in the past 4 months, and asked for drinks on your latte menu without coffee in them, which I often do at different locations, but all 4 times I've come to this location they have confirmed that it will be coffee free, and all 4 times is have received drinks with coffee in them. Just really bummed that I have not received a correct drink once at the Hudsonville location.
I have noticed that the customer service at this location could use some major improvement. Interactions with staff are an important part of the experience, and it’s disappointing when they don’t reflect proper etiquette and service. Getting a cup of coffee should be an enjoyable and uplifting part of the day. Unfortunately, I’ve started driving 20 minutes to another location to avoid the challenges I’ve faced here. I hope these concerns can be addressed to create a more welcoming and positive environment for everyone.
