I came to this location and got double charged for a Carmel sweet foam 24oz cold brew. I brought in the screen shot of what happened to the location and nothing has been done. I would like the owner to reach out to me and make it right or further action will be taken!
At thia point they know me so well they have my coffee made before I even hit the counter. Great group of people working here!
Treated my son & myself to lattes and breakfast sandwiches this morning. The sandwiches were good but the lattes were nasty. He got a frozen Mocha Mocha & I got an iced Caramel Marvel. They both tasted like black coffee. There was very very little flavor. Extremely disappointing.
I've been at better Bigby's. My 24 oz was halfway filled, the atmosphere in the shop was clean, but cold (not temperature) - employees weren't even chatting with each other. It seemed like they were all angry with each other. The young lady that served me never smiled, was abrupt almost to the point of rude, and acted bothered to be serving me. And it wasn't even busy! I'll not return to this particular Bigby.
