Love going to this one as the one in allendale doesn't have a drive-thru, and I don't want to have to get my kids out and in of carseats just to get a coffee.
Went yesterday morning and waited 5 minutes at the counter before someone acknowledged I was there. Overall customer service was not good.
Got a frozen chocolate chip drink and there was just huge chunks of ice the drink was not blended all the way super hard and annoying to drink do not recommend
I came to this location and got double charged for a Carmel sweet foam 24oz cold brew. I brought in the screen shot of what happened to the location and nothing has been done. I would like the owner to reach out to me and make it right or further action will be taken!
