I come here time to time and usually have no issues, but last night (6/30 @ 6pm) really rubbed me the wrong way when I ordered a decaf iced coffee, but was charged for a latte. the chick at the window looked at me confused because I complained that y'all charged me for a latte and not an iced coffee... which is cheaper. no offer of a refund at all. when I asked about it I was told "well, it's just a couple bucks difference", like that helps? I rarely complain or leave bad reviews but paying $8 for a latte that tastes like flavored milk just really got to me today. Did they forget the espresso or?
