Ok
Good coffee. Barista didn't get the sugar and cream part of my order.... that's rare though....stop in and try a cup! Good cold non-coffee beverages too!
Thought wait time for food was just bad, come to find out they forgot my order entirely. Nobody on scene to process refunds either. Supervisor on staff did everything in her power to make things right, though. Any other day I'd have stayed to get my order but I was on a time crunch and it was an added stress I didn't need.
I am a big biggby lover but this is one of the worst ones in the area. The workers are constantly asking for tips which I understand but it starts to get uncomfortable after a while. The coffees are also very inconsistent. I just asked for a frozen latte and they gave a a hot one. Could be better could be worse
Internet is unusable.
