Drive thru is overly slow; pulled up with 15 minutes to spare to get to work and end up being late due to their slowness.
Sometimes they get your coffee right. But watch your points! Have payed attention the last 2 times, and knew I had a free drink! But wasn't given that courtesy of even telling me I had a free 1 available! Now, ask today, I think i got a free 1...employee said to me nope! Not this time, and was going to close the door! I said no I got one! With a smug look and tofind out I had 1! Whata joke!
The worst biggby experience I’ve ever had. Already paid and she says sorry we don’t have cream cheese for your bagel, but I already paid. And they forget my straw. If you want to pay 20 for a dry bagel and no straw come here. Also she was rude.
