Drinks and food are usually good, but my last two visits were frustrating. Yesterday, Michelle was very nice, but whoever made my drink forgot the boba. Today was a much different experience. I placed my online order 18 minutes before arriving because I had work at 8:00 and was trying to plan ahead, but when I got there Michelle told me it would still be another 15 minutes. Waited in line for 20 minutes to get the wrong sandwich, go back an wait another 20 minutes including 5 at the window an the rude lady just opened the window and gave me my correct sandwich. No apology no discount will never go back!
I will say I prefer going to the Biggby's in Sheboygan they seem a lot more cheerful and positive. Enjoy their jobs and each and team work. I am not bashing Plymouth Biggby , but I haven't had the best customer service there. I get we're human we're tired we're understaffed everywhere , but kindness does go a long way.
