Fantastic service of a fantastic product!
Went and got coffee around 1:30 and it was rather busy, but that’s fine. We ordered through the app and we were forced to go through the drive-thru meaning other people ordered and got their drinks ahead of us. Cool. Finally, when we get to the window the lady was taking another persons order and didn’t stop until after meaning we had to wait even longer while our drinks were already done sitting in a hot 4x6 room. They always ask for a tip and make the drinks really crappy compaired to other biggby.
I thought the coffee that I received was really good and my husband was very impressed with the dark chocolate hot chocolate that he ordered We also tried the pretzel roll ham and cheese sliders and thought they were very good and fun The staff was more than pleasant Wish we had a Biggy coffee house in Chicago
