They gave me a latte with only oat milk, they forgot the coffee part
4/10. workers rarely get my order correct when I order basic drinks and I’ve seen them mess up others orders as well when I’ve been inside. Love biggby but this one is kind of pushing me to go to other locations.
First time coming to this bigby and we had to wait for 15 minutes for two drinks, the line was a bit long so we were being patient. They tried giving us two different orders that were not ours, and then still gave two completely wrong drinks. We ended up just taking them because we were tired of waiting. They really need to have better management and pay attention to orders.
