Thank you Isaac for stepping up and making my regular drink i get on point!! I had had problems getting others to do what your doing and it seemed like everyone else acted as if they were annoyed when I would not except there drink and tell them to remake it. I'm an everyday bigby patron,I always get the same drink and tip everytime no matter what but sometimes the drink is not made properly.So now when I go in I see who's working and if it's not a specific person I walk out.ive brought up the mistake to a few of the baristas but things don't change.I may have to try a new place.
The girls working were super sweet and personable, making conversation with everyone while they were waiting on their drinks. Clean and fast service.
