Coffee was made well and to order. Adding egg to my bagel was apparently a problem for the front desk help however. She said "jeez!" when I told her what I wanted and proceeded to be chilly with me and gave me the wrong bagel. My faith in humanity dropped a wrung at this location..
Rachel is just the greatest! She is always so friendly taking care of all the customers that come through the drive thru. She goes above and beyond to know our names and our pets names and gives us treats when we come through!! We’d be lost without her!
The customer service took a nosedive for me and the service is incredibly slow. I mentioned that the service was slow and no one batted an eye. I uninstalled the app. It took 15 minutes to get a hot chocolate and bagel with no one in line. I wish they had a sense of urgency.
My drink and sandwich was amazing!! Thank you so much Athena and Mikayla you guys are so sweet!!
