I know its a busy operation but I just ordered a black coffee, its bad enough i have to put my own creamer in it thats just sitting luke warm on the counter for the entire mall to drink from, but the lady making coffee just completely forgot my order and helped 2 people behind me before realizing the mistake. Instead of any kind of kind service she pretended to have been making it the entire time then dumped it into a cup with no sleave. Most inefficient coffee joint around. Wait in line 20 minutes. Ordered two brewed coffees and then wait behind everyone else’s orders for 15 more minutes.
Took 10 minutes to make a drink. At least it tastes alright.
Awful customer service and bad attitude employees the obviously don't want to be at work. I wouldn't shop at Starbucks and now I won't shop at Biggby anymore. I could stay home and make my own coffee and save myself the bad attitude. Avoid this location
