Rudest service I've ever had a bigby. They were too busy on thier phones and just slid the food and drink across the counter at me and walked away. Wish they had name tags so I could call them out. Girl has pink hair, boy had long hair and wore glasses.
Wow. I have no faith in the next generation entering the workforce, especially after visiting this Bigby. Decided to stop and get a coffee while shopping. I walked up to the counter and this kid is standing behind the register with his hoodie on just dead staring at me. Staff is so friendly and provides excellent service! They make the best lattes!
I ordered a 20 oz banana berry smoothie and got maybe 18oz as there was a good amount of smoothie still in the blender. Staff never made eye contact and seemed as if though I was inconveniencing them to do their job. I see why this place averages 2.6 stars. Yikes.
