I ordered a large iced tea. Took 20 to get them it was incorrect. They gave me an iced coffee. It took another 15 minutes to get my tea.
Don’t come to this biggby if you want to get sick and feel invisible. I went there a few days ago with some friends and all ordered something. Everyone got their drink expect for me and so we were patiently waiting for mine to come. 15 minutes go by and i still haven’t got my drink. Other people were getting their drink before me and they had just freshly ordered. Rudest service I've ever had a bigby. They were too busy on thier phones and just slid the food and drink across the counter at me and walked away. Wish they had name tags so I could call them out. Girl has pink hair, boy had long hair and wore glasses.
Wow. I have no faith in the next generation entering the workforce, especially after visiting this Bigby. Decided to stop and get a coffee while shopping. I walked up to the counter and this kid is standing behind the register with his hoodie on just dead staring at me.
