Staff is so friendly and provides excellent service! They make the best lattes!
I ordered a 20 oz banana berry smoothie and got maybe 18oz as there was a good amount of smoothie still in the blender. Staff never made eye contact and seemed as if though I was inconveniencing them to do their job. I see why this place averages 2.6 stars. Yikes.
I called the Biggby at GLC for something totally unrelated to coffee, and ended up having the best customer service experience thanks to Lexi. I explained that the nearby Lego store never answers their phone and that I was trying to track down a specific set. Since we live about two hours away, I didn’t want to make the drive without knowing if it was in stock. Not sure why this Biggby coffee is still there. The coffee didn't taste as good as other locations, the staff is rude and impatient. I won't come back to this location unless Starbucks comes back again
