Staff completely ignored me at Great Lakes and proceeded to lie and say they were out of everything. Won't be coming back, really disappointing since I always go to Biggby for quick fuel needs
Very slow. Coffee was not hot, and seemed watered down.
They are never open on time and I get there about a half hour after opening. They don't receive mobile orders when they are open on time. I often stand at the counter waiting for someone to take my order and nobody does until I speak up. The coffee is only mediocre and they overcook my bagels. HORRIBLE STAFF!!!
Took for ever (about 15 mins) to make brewed coffee (a very simple order).
Tried it once , but never again So many employees but very very verrry slow services , the coffee was very bad 👎🏻👎🏻
