I am quite disappointed to have an employee tell me 'this location doesn't have pork products like other locations'. Then my bagel was Luke warm at best. I wasn't offered a receipt or to scan my bigby app til I asked as well. Nobody told me my bagels were ready. I asked for them to be cut in half& they were not.They only announced the coffee was ready. Perhaps have the employees drink some coffee to perk up. They all seem less than enthused to be there.
