I had a frustrating experience here today, on my first visit. I ordered an Iced coffee with cream, my usual order at many different T places. The drink came out very light, almost like there’s not much coffee in it. I asked for a clarification about the drink and was told this is how they do it. I know for a fact that’s not how other Biggby restaurants do it. I was so disappointed to have to toss my coffee.

I’m currently waiting 35 minutes, they forgot my order at the window, still have two cars ahead of us. Worst experience

Coffee has been terrible lately and establishment is not clean. Take my dogs every weekend to get a biscuit and we get a bigby. Been doing since covid. Now they charge for a dog biscuit. Not a pup cup just a biscuit? Guess I will drive to Shelby location and give them my business.

It was clearly training day so I’m going to give them the benefit of the doubt here but, my coffee tasted like brunt Folgers. Aside from the bad coffee the young adults working there were very strange. One employee barked and growled at another.. then i was asked personal questions about myself which made it a very odd interaction. Maybe some training in professionalism in the work place and latte making could help improve this. Probably won’t return to this location.
