Im gonna start by saying I love biggby but this location is always ridiculously slow, and the most recent time the lady was so snippy and rude. I always get the hot sugar free tan line but keep the whip and drizzle on it. I don't like all the sugar in the syrup. The lady says "when you order it sugar free we don't put the whip on it".. all irritated with me like I did something wrong. Worth the drive to the one on Dixie in Waterford if you can. The team at this BIGGBY are always kind and welcoming. I swear I get compliments all the time from them! They took care of a drink mix up today for me, and gave me a free drink to make up for it.
