Slowest service and incompetent employees.... Would never return to this location
I ordered an iced drink, there were very few ice cubes in it and it was warm when I received it. There were espresso grounds in the bottom of the cup as well. This location was quite disappointing
Someone in management please do something to save this location! We have been coming year for years & the last 6 months or so service has gone way way downhill. When people have been waiting 30 min for their drinks & the staffs friend walks in & skips the entire line to have their drink made first… that’s going to irritate people. They also brag about not putting certain things in peoples drinks (i.e the mocktails they leave out the Red Bull & just do lemonade & syrups). If you wanna be late for work make sure to stop here - they take FOREVER even if there’s only two cars inline SO SLOW
