They pack cups with the food inside a bag that damages orders all the time don't go to this store you will find that the staff is all about there conversation and not on the work load at hand.
The girls that work there are so rude. They basically demand tips right away, before they even greet you at the window. Half the time my order is messed up, and they act so annoyed when you go back to get it corrected. Get a new staff... might fix EVERYTHING.
Got a bagel and coffee because Dunkin had a big line in the way to work, drive through basically ask for a tip. I'll never go back to a place that ask for a tip on drive-through or carry-out and makes it awkward. I'll go to Tim Hortons or Dunkin next time
This location is just the worst. Inconsistent…sometimes cold…when it should be hot. Wrong orders. I love Bigby…but I will drive to another which is inconvenient…to avoid this location.
