Opened the bagel bag to find an opened cream cheese in there…. so that was gross and now don’t feel safe eating any of the food..
I asked for my coffee to be a 185°. And they said they couldn't do it very disappointed. Most other all, the other big beasts will accommodate you very disappointed.
After waiting an eternity I was given the wrong drink and I told them it didn't have whipped cream on it and they refused to put any on!! Then they said I ordered a sugar-free drink which I did not but who the h am I to argue. Forget calling because the phone just rings busy!! 8 dollars a drink and you can't order what you want! 😡
Tell me why I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru for (2) drinks while staff was slow and not sure of what they are doing, I was late to work because of this. Incredibly disappointing and unacceptable
