This is probably the coziest Biggby I've ever been too. There's not even anything about it that particularly stands out (aside from the kind staff). I was just having a bad day and wanted to see if a caffeine boost would help, and as soon as I walked in I just got a weird comforted feeling. Maybe it has something to do with the carpeted floor or the music they had playing...idk it just threw me back into the early 2000s. Made me nostalgic and made my shitty day a little better.
My friends bagel was made with hatred, not love, and he could taste it. Did witness a couple break up tho and it was very entertaining
Workers were very nice, but so understaffed!!! Line out the door and only two employees barely getting by. Management needs to figure out how to staff this location better.
I am not a coffee drinker so I was unsure what to order. The 3 ladies you had working were very helpful and done with smiles. This location is the Lake Michigan Drive and 48th Ave. I was there 01.07.2026 around 1 pm. Thank you ladies!!! Kimberly Vaandering Rn
