They are so slow here…an iced coffee with nothing but milk often takes close to 10 minutes. I come back every now and then to see if it’s gotten better but they really are just slow and have an awful process in place
The barista was kind and got our order correct. I think she needs more help though… only 1 person for 4 patrons. Also, this location needs the carpets shampooed, cushion -chairs cleaned, etc.
I came in for a coffee and bragel today and it made my bad morning so much better. My pumpkin spice latte was pumpkined and spiced to perfection and my ham & cheese bragel was hammed and cheesed to the max. I am very grateful
i love you guys so much. came here this morning, drinks and bagels were made perfectly and staff were so friendly. i’ve just had so many terrible experiences at other biggby locations recently, so this was a breath of fresh air. i hope you guys have the best day ever
Customer service is extremely lacking. Drive two minutes farther to The Borough for great service, great atmosphere, and high quality drinks.
