Great coffee. Amazing service.
I did my first ever mobile order today and I guess I just wasn’t paying attention or didn’t know how to use the app correctly, but I accidentally ordered a hot coffee instead of a cold one. When I showed up to pick up my order, I asked if the ladies could change it to an iced coffee instead, they were so nice about it and didn’t give me a hard time at all and just made me a new one. I felt like a horrible person asking for that and they were just so pleasant about it. Thank you you guys!
630 am they open at 6 waited 10 min for a regular brewed coffee when I payed for extra espresso that they still didn’t have ready couldn’t steam milk and now potentially late for work over a regular coffee I could have gotten from a gas station smh
This is probably the coziest Biggby I've ever been too. There's not even anything about it that particularly stands out (aside from the kind staff). I was just having a bad day and wanted to see if a caffeine boost would help, and as soon as I walked in I just got a weird comforted feeling. Maybe it has something to do with the carpeted floor or the music they had playing...idk it just threw me back into the early 2000s. Made me nostalgic and made my shitty day a little better.
