Update: stopped in again ( Oct. 8, 2025 @ 11:00am) Service was much better and my drink was perfectly made. The Barista was very friendly, a great improvement from my last review. Not very friendly, did not even acknowledge I was waiting to order until she completely finished the previous customers order. Just a quick “Hello, I’ll be right with you” would have been great. Just the best coffee there is from a 50 year coffee drinker. I go for the dark with cream and sugar. Never had a bad cup.
My local biggby is pretty slow as well as this one so was not new to me. However when it looks like both people working are training each other that just is not fair to the customer or the employee. Setting them up to fail is not the answer! I hope they can get help and do better on training!
This is inside Meijer. Not a stand alone store.
