Great coffee, nice ppl.
I’ve been to this Biggby (the one near Goddard and the fire station) multiple times over the years, and it used to be one of my go-to spots. Unfortunately, the quality has really gone downhill. I’ve given them plenty of chances, but my recent experiences have been consistently disappointing. The bragel sandwiches, in particular, have been a letdown every time. First time here. Great service and had a sugar free iced black forest drink that was super good and an egg with cheese. Great place to support my low carb life. Also my family enjoyed their breakfast sandwich and lemon coffee cake bites. A great place. Nice atmosphere.
First time coming to this particular location. Haven't been to a BIGGBY in years, especially one in Middletown. I was afraid to come here due to the reputation of coffee places not being friendly to people of color (POC) , however I was wrong about this place. The female staff were very nice and helpful when I ordered. The location was very clean and the staff were continuously working and keeping the place feeling homey. Very welcoming! I appreciate the service, honesty, and the attentiveness from the staff. Will be back!
