This is my 3rd time updating my one star review. Why do i keep coming back? I want coffee. Apparently when they forget the sweet foam and try to add it after the fact. It doesn work. My drink looked like a curdeld nightmare. It looked un sellable when they handed it to me. Its disappointment after disappointment here and I always tip. And I dont know why. Where is the Starbucks Cedar Springs?!?!??!
A nice Biggby spot, however when ordering through the app orders are usually never correct. I ordered a tea with milk and sugar for my Wife and there was neither milk or sugar. My latte was ordered with sweet foam and charged extra but there's no sweet foam. Go in and order or it's kinda roulette if you'll get the correct order.
Asked for a frozen mint mocha , girl served me a hot drink . I clearly stated FROZEN ! Along with that , she’s scratching her face above our drinks! We were in a hurry , thanks for ruining a day that’s already going bad , and I’m already stressed . I’d like a refund please .
Always waiting at least 15-20 minutes in the drive thru, even when it's not busy.
6th time i asked for no cream cheese and still got it drippin out the wrapper and everything. Very angry.
