Ordered a single medium coffee in the drive through. Not sure what happened but everyone just disappeared when our car got the window. No communication, nothing for over ten minutes. 250pm.
On 08/10/25. We were in there for a quick breakfast. There was a girl in there on bagel duty. She was very very rude because she was stuck making bagels. Everybody else was amazing. My order was incorrect and so I asked if it could be made correct. One of the bagels had cream cheese when it wasn’t supposed to. So she went through and remade it. This place sucks. The staff are really rude and can't get orders right. They charge you for a 24 oz drink but give you a 20 oz and then when you ask them to make it in the right size cup, they catch an attitude. Won't be back. How this place has a 4 rating is crazy.
The girls try really hard but you can tell they are very stressed out and aren’t receiving the help they should. They definitely seem short staffed and are stressed with each other and over worked and in return comes off rude to customers and customers are able to hear their conversations about their complaints with the work atmosphere as well. It makes the whole experience sad to see happen and upsetting from a customer point of view. A change in management is very needed at this location.
