Very rude interaction today with no resolution. My husband ordered two drinks: a small mocha sweet foam cold brew and a large avalanche sweet foam cold brew. When my husband went to grab the drinks off the counter he noticed the outside of the large was covered in drink and, what he assumed was sweet foam. No big deal, he cleaned up the cup quickly and headed home. Last time Stood inside for 7 min next to cash register not once greeted or even acknowledged. One car was in drive thru one person inside. It’s 630 in the morning. Completely rude
