Placed online order. Both bagel sandwiches were made incorrectly. It’s spelled out word for word on the receipt how they were supposed to be made. No special requests. Regular menu items and both made wrong.
I love this place so much, especially for BOGO however their frozen drinks are never blended well enough. I’m constantly chewing on ice the entire time I’m drinking my drink. Their iced drinks are great but I’ve always been a frozen drink girly so if I want a frozen drink I go to Starbucks. I still love this place though! Maybe get smaller cube of ice? I’m not sure if the cubes are too big to be blended all the way or leave the blender going for a few extra seconds.
