They cant make a drink correctly any time I go there. Done going to this location.
As a regular customer who orders the same drink consistently, I was surprised by how poorly a simple mistake was handled. When my drink was made incorrectly(mind u it already was a complimentary drink at that!!), I calmly pointed it out; something any customer should feel comfortable doing. Instead of correcting the mistake professionally, I was later portrayed as “intimidating,” and ultimately blocked by the owner on social media. The most concerning part?
