The lot is horrendous, massive potholes all over the place. Too many follow-up questions to just order a black coffee. Handheld device to pay, having to grab the entire thing just to answer a tip question is super sanitary I'm sure. Edit 4/20/26: Comment on owner reply...you could have actually properly paved the lot before you opened (lame excuse regarding 'small jobs/ashalt') instead you plopped a building onto a crappy lot, including not even bothering to broom the gravel off just to get open. Slowest service. They also don’t put cream cheese on your bagel.. I don’t understand how it’s a to go drive thru but you have to pull over and put your own cream cheese on with a butter knife 🤣
I have tried the monmouth location on 3 different occasions. For being one of the highest Priced coffee shops in the area, the service is less than friendly and my latte has been terrible all 3 times. Today I actually asked for extra flavoring as the lattes always just taste like warm milk. I was returned a latte that tasted exactly the same. Like warm milk, but with an attitude. For the price, this location needs to do better. Waste of money.
Great coffee
Slow as molasses service here, I always ask for cut sandwiches, they alwaya say "of course" and they NEVER cut them, so I have to hand them back and wait another 3 minutes to have them cut. Quick to always request a tip tho.. rhat the only thing they are quick at! They refuse to add cream cheese ON TO bagels and expect me to do it myself while I drive ... isnt that why I go to a drive thru coffee shop? Not sure why I continue to go back. Overpriced and terrible service and always expect a tip.
