They got me all set up with my biggby card.
The potholes are ridiculous! They need to be fixed, and the whole lot needs to be repaved! First and last time I'll be coming to this location.
Always the friendliest staff and very quick service! Choose this place over Starbucks any day for sure
Pulled up to the drive thru to tell them we had a pickup order so they told us to go up to the pick up spot. Once we got there, no one talked to us for 20 minutes even though the app said it was ready. When they finally spoke to us, our ready had been ready the whole time and was just sitting. Mind you there was staff around but no one greeted us or anything. Everyone behind us in the drive thru got their orders before us. Waste of time, rude staff, and coffee tasted awful (mind you they were $8 each). Don’t waste your money
The barista wouldn’t take our couple that clearly said ANY coffee (she claimed it only applied to specialty coffees) and let us order two regular coffees when we told her we wanted to use the coupon. When we tried to use another, she wouldn’t take that one either, because she’d already poured the sizes and didn’t want to pour again. We’ve noticed bigby sending coupons and then not honoring them when clearly they should be. We’ll be trashing. These useless things from now on and skipping bigby.
