The barista wouldn’t take our couple that clearly said ANY coffee (she claimed it only applied to specialty coffees) and let us order two regular coffees when we told her we wanted to use the coupon. When we tried to use another, she wouldn’t take that one either, because she’d already poured the sizes and didn’t want to pour again. We’ve noticed bigby sending coupons and then not honoring them when clearly they should be. We’ll be trashing. These useless things from now on and skipping bigby. Coffee was delightful!
This place is ALWAYS amazing! The coffee is soooo good and dont get me started on how amazing all the girls are! They all know my name and my order they are always smiling and joking with me! They really make me feel loved! I seriously dont know what I would do with out my daily 1 to 2 minute convos with my biggby girls! They are hands down the best! Thank you soooo much for all you do! Down to the notes you leave on my lids it really does make a big difference in my world! Thank you!!!
