As I entered, I felt like I was walking into a Dunkin’ Donuts… ads for fancy drinks everywhere. Bigby is the mass market of coffee and the quality of the coffee is only slightly lower than what I would perceive 7-11 coffee to be. If you are to have fancy names for your coffee, then you should know where the coffee is from. The people that work here are super nice and super helpful. I was going here every day since they had opened but after the last 5 visits I'll be going back to the daily grind. I really loved bigby especially because they had so many flavors but recently everytime I order my normal coffee or any new one the whole drink just taste like milk... Can't taste any type of flavor except a hint of coffee and milk. Love the bagel sandwiches, mocktail, etc, but the coffee….we’ve gotten several coffees now including different drinks and tried the calorie reduced and non reduced and the lattes are just a no
