Santino and Kelsey were so wonderful. They helped me with my large coffee order for a group and assisted me to my car. This was especially kind since I was also juggling my almost 2 year old daughter at the same time. I would definitely come back to this location!
Only one car ahead of me in drive thru, was told to wait to order a moment, writing this as I have waited 10+ minutes already and still get told to “give us a moment”, do you have 1 employee working the entire store by themselves?
Best coffee shop it town
I can tell the staff at Biggby Coffee are giving it their all this Saturday morning. Everyone was super courteous even while navigating the rush, impatient guests, and other mishaps. They will definitely take care of you when you come in :) Thank you for the yummy bagels and coffee! 💜
