I would like to give a big shout out to Maya, who has always done a fantastic job at making my beverages. The Iced Matcha and the avalanche are probably my favorite drinks here. Next, the 500 East Michigan Avenue Biggby Location has always been convenient for me because I live in the Downtown Lansing area, and if I'm working at Jackson National over in Okemos like I do from Monday to Friday, I can take the highway down to Downtown Lansing while on my way to my 2nd job at Airport Tavern, and this Biggby is right on the same r... read more
This place NEVER HAS ENOUGH STAFF!!!! The employees always seem too busy and stressed out. Just waited over five minutes just to have my order taken!!! If ur in a rush save some time and avoid going here.
