I walked in and no one even said anything. I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes. Before any workers said hello. There was only. 2 people working there. And honestly they looked like they were over worked doing drive through. And the counter. Finally one of the workers said hi. Took my order . 5 minutes to get my breakfast sandwich. Almost 7 minutes to get my large coffee. I was very surprised they had a place to set down even. And a bathroom for paying customers only. I felt really really bad it was only one person working and they claimed to still be in “training.” I tried to get my kids the summer sips deal but she didn’t know how to ring it up as such! waited 20 mins for absolutely nothing and saw two others drive off after waiting so long. I wish this bigby would do better:-(
I feel so bad for the gentlemen who was working. He was so kind and tried his best. But unfortunately he shared with me that this location believes in one person closes which as a barista at a coffee shop myself is COMPLETELY unsafe and unacceptable. He was running all task himself and that is completely not appropriate ESPECIALLY if it were to be female associate. Imagine your daughter working alone at night in the middle of Lansing.
