The coffee was amazing, especially the donuts, the baristas are really nice. Whoever loves coffee and donuts I invite you to try Biggby!!
Great Place. I've become a regular and the staff is always really kind.
Stopped by Biggby Coffee in downtown Lansing and had a great experience! The bagel sandwich was really good, the donut holes were yummy and the coffee was super tasty. Kelsey was especially helpful and made the visit even better. Definitely recommend!
THE WORSTTTT, service terrible, order was wrong, workers were rude, tried calling about my order and I get told I’m a liar and if it was that bad I should’ve come back through the drive through to have it remade. I’m sorry but I work at the hospital and didn’t have the time to come back and wait possibly and extra 20 minutes for a remake
This is my nearest location. My bagel is always microwaved not toasted. This location should be staffed more. Every morning the wait is long and a few times I've been in the drive through and was told it would be "at least" a 20 minute wait due to a busy lobby. This morning I pulled in at 7:25 and drove away with my coffee at 7:43. There was 2 cars ahead of me. And to be clear, this isnt on the two staff. It is on the owner for not allowing more people to be scheduled.
