Was just in the store in Freeland Michigan on an average I drink about one Biggby A day this place is horrible. Their attitude is horrible stopped here and both our coffees did not taste like they normally should my husband ordered an Irish cream decaf and it tasted like coffee with a little bit of lukewarm milk when I took it back inside. seriously the girl behind the counter looked at me and said all it is is Irish cream and espresso, which is decaf. I can make it again but it’s going to taste like the same thing.
While everyone has always been super polite, my drinks never taste the same despite it being the same order , and then to make matters worse I have three times now ordered a ham/EGG/cheese bragel. Not one time has it ever had egg on it! I've had them repeat it back, I ordered online once.... I've done my part. Respectfully, there is more than one coffee shop in town and I really wanted to continue to support this spot but considering I never get what I actually paid for I can't see myself coming back.
The epitome of inconsistent! I order the same drink every time and every time it taste different and it is only this location! The crew is friendly. The location is clean. But I am usually left very disappointed with what I paid for And it doesn’t get drunk. So Live Oak here I come
First I wanna say - great food, drinks - usually EVERYONE IS GREAT and friendly but today the girl with dark hair, glasses & hair in a bun, was absolutely RUDE and not friendly. If I didn’t have great experiences prior and didn’t love the product I WOULD NOT BE BACK. It’s SAD. IF YOU DON’T LIKE YOUR JOB QUIT, especially in customer service. I have 5 stars because of the other crew members
