The epitome of inconsistent! I order the same drink every time and every time it taste different and it is only this location! The crew is friendly. The location is clean. But I am usually left very disappointed with what I paid for And it doesn’t get drunk. So Live Oak here I comeÂ
First I wanna say - great food, drinks - usually EVERYONE IS GREAT and friendly but today the girl with dark hair, glasses & hair in a bun, was absolutely RUDE and not friendly. If I didn’t have great experiences prior and didn’t love the product I WOULD NOT BE BACK. It’s SAD. IF YOU DON’T LIKE YOUR JOB QUIT, especially in customer service. I have 5 stars because of the other crew membersÂ
This location is slower than molasses in JanuaryÂ
My coworker stops here for us lately. Her order is always fine. I order a Carmel marvel and twice I've gotten it with no flavor in it, just milk and coffee. They act inconvenienced when you say something.Â
Staff was friendly. Store is huge!!! They have some books for sale and plenty of seating. Drinks were made quick and bragel was deliciousÂ
