This is my favorite Biggby!
Unfortunately last week I went here and there was a dead bug in my coffee on the side of the inside of the cup. I drank about a quarter of it before I took the lid off and saw it. Pretty gross. Just wanted to leave a review so this location can maybe look into their cleanliness.
Usually I have a great experience going here. However, twice that I have been their recently, I was ordering at the speaker, and the lady was talking so quiet and I told her several times it was hard to hear her. I waited in line a long time. I get to the windowand this girl has piercings on our cheeks, and her nose, which is fine. But I sat there and watched her have gloves on her hand touch her face and then go make food.
