Gave us the wrong bagels. Went back up and they immediately made it right.
This is my favorite biggby in this area! Every single employee here is super friendly and knowledgeable. They always have the drive thru line moving fast and I love that I have the option to walk up if I want to. The drinks and food are always made perfectly. I've never had a bad experience at this Biggby location. I leave my house a couple minutes early just so I can make a stop here.
They are all very nice that work there. Sometimes the drinks are too sweet but I think that's just the bigby standard. There have been MANY times I asked for something iced and they repeated it back to me just to then make it hot. But I never say anything.
