I was there about 430 pm at this Biggby. I placed 3 orders. Outnof the 3 orders 2 of the drinks where in correct and horrible. The young lady was rude and she whispered ro her coworker making fun of us. Over priced drinks. Bad. Customer service.
This location always gives the best service. Everyone says hi and have a nice day everytime I visit. Keep up the great work. All stores should use this location as a standard.
First time in this particular location. The coffee was good (cold brew, just black) and the service was friendly and quick. They seems to move through orders pretty quick. I also liked how there were plenty of table so there was plenty of options to sit and enjoy your drink va having to gulp in down in the car. One downside is that I almost missed the location since it wasnt on the shipping center sign, but that just may have been my fault.
Don’t go here.. Everytime they say your next coffee is free (13th) point. I go back the next day and they say you have zero points… but I never got a free coffee?? This has happened 3 times since I’ve moved over here. Just gonna start going to Starbucks.
