This store is great and right in downtown Grand Rapids so there is lot to do. I came here a lot with my previous boyfriend or anytime I was visiting Rosa Parks Circle which is right next door. The store is very small and it is always crowded. There is no seating to sit and chill and the bathrooms are in the store but you have to go through a bunch of doors just to get to one. The staff are friendly though.
I have never had food at Bigby but the coffee cold hot or frozen is the absolute best I have EVER had....the only thing that could make it better is to receive coupons..
They are so nice I go about every day and they make your drinks well and if they mess up on it they remake it
Hands down best baristas ever. Always training new faces and yet they always make my order delicious. The energy here has skyrocketed from being moody and stressed to fun and customer oriented. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Shout out to THE NEON MESSIAH.
Great food, great service, great prices, and a clean and friendly atmosphere. How many places can you say that have all of those in one place?
Every morning I come in I see the same beautiful barista behind the register and she has my odd, exact order down and every person that works there seems so sincere. And the coffee...especially the frozen blended Butter Beats and Teddy Bears are absolutely devine!
