Never had bad experience till today , order something new to try it was gross 🤢 turtle island or island bear with Carmel vanilla and coconut 🥥 the coconut was really heavy, I tried going back to ask for remake or another drink I was willing to pay any difference, they kindly refused too.
This is the best Biggby location in the area! I’m a former Biggby barista from a different area, and I’ve been struggling to find a Biggby the consistently hit the same. These guys are friendly, their drinks are sooo good, and they are quick! My favorite Biggby in Lansing, keep up the great work.
They seem nice enough. A tad slow. Easily confused. We got two drinks that calls for 3 shots of espresso each. We asked for them to only put 2 in one and put the third shot in the other drink. They charged us for an extra shot. Huh? Yea wont be back. 2+4=6. 3+3=6. AVOID THIS BIGGBY. UPDATE: 8/9/25 It only took 5 years to get a response from the owner which is a copy paste response.
