i don’t usually write reviews but the girls here were so so so sweet <3 the atmosphere here is so nice and i had to try it bc i love caramel and bigby has sugar free!! it is delicious i recommend
I’m a LOYAL BB customer. I go every single day (but canton store on Michigan ave). What I love about Dearborn is the open late coffee shops and this is the only BB open past 8pm! I have now given THIS location at least 5 attempts to do a good job of #1 making my latte correct and NOT taste like it’s only MILK and no espresso no flavor lol I get 2 Extra espresso shots in my large drink so I should have no problem TASTING ESPRESSO and strong! Sunday, July 13, 2025 at 2:30 pm, Biggby Coffee 22445 Michigan Ave, Dearborn, MI 48124. The rude cashier attendant retorted with "Why?" when I politely asked her to clean a dirty table left by previous customer. Then she just wiped it with a dirty cloth refusing to use windex or a cleaner. She was impatient to go back to chit-chatting with a colleague. No wonder this place is always empty. They don't respect the customers.
Biggby Coffee in Dearborn Downtown is one of the best places I have ever been, the service is some of the best I have seen as they are very nice and helpful people, the food meaning Bragels are top quality and very delicious, and the coffee is the best in the world, with the Matcha being the greatest thing I have ever drank, top quality coffee, with top quality service.
