Me and my wife have been going to biggby for ages. I have been a regular at this location and novi, canton, Westland and Plymouth for the last 5 years. Today my wife went in to grab my regular and something new for her. We didn’t realize we had an old coupon and that’s our bad. I have been a loyal customer at this location for a long time and have always had positive experiences, which is why today was so disappointing. When I politely questioned the cost of my drink, the manager was dismissive and rude, acting as if my inquiry was a burden. She told me she wasn't sure why I was "so upset" over a difference of $0.53. I informed her that if the amount was so insignificant, she should have no issue refunding it. Love the place. Definitely my favorite coffee place to come and sit and get some work done. It's always clean, the workers are very kind and energetic, and the drinks and food are a delight. My only tiny tiny complaint is that the music can be loud at times. Always look forward to coming here!
Nice place to chill/study/meet etc while sipping coffee and dining on their limited but good food menu.
