The owner is incredibly rude and money hungry. I asked for no ice and she tried to upcharge my drink by $1. For something I didn’t want. Then said it’s already in the system as if I don’t know she did it. It’s your system in your store. I go to Biggby all over Michigan never been charged for something I did not want. Poor human beings that work here taking peoples hard earned money marking up the product. Do better
