I used to get Biggby all the time. Today I thought I would treat myself with a bragel and a coffee since I dont live near one and had an appointment at the hospital near by. Waited 26 minutes in the drive thru and then was told they were backed up and they could not do any of their hit food items. Waited another 5 minutes to get to the window for the coffee and was pretty annoyed by this time. I would have backed out and left if there weren't 3 cars behind me. Highly disappointed.
I love their coffee, I just wish the large was a little bit bigger
Interior is pretty with local artwork and good table setup. The white owl hot latte was not what I expected but it was good regardless.
