It is impossible to get a hot latte at this location. On the occasion I have received a hot beverage, it’s been entirely milk with no espresso. Talk about disappointing! $7 for a hot cup of milk. When this spot first opened, my husband and I were weekly regulars. Over time, the quality has gone down considerably.

Why was my iced coffee put in a paper cup….? It feels like the cup is about to fall apart.
