I waited 25 mins for a coffee that I didn't order. I repeated myself 4 times and why was it bitter w no flavor 🥺
Extremely slow drive through, waited over 25 minutes for one drink… ended up having to pull out of the line and leave because of the wait.
I have been going to this Biggby for years but I will NEVER go to this one again. Servicehas been terrible, the drinks don't taste right and the staff seem clueless half the time. Do better.
