I ordered a sugar free latte and the boy legit gave me a coffee with no flavoring!!! I have ordered this many times and this is the first time this happened. On top of the 25 min drive through wait, he also forgot my pumpkin muffin. If I could give 0 stars I would, TERRIBLE WAY TO START MY MORNING.
I ordered my drink and I was told my total would be given to me at the window. When I got to the window the kid just took my cards. I said, "wait, how much is it?" He told me the price and it was about 20 cents more than usual. I usually go to another location, so I thought maybe because it was a different location. Extremely slow drive through, waited over 25 minutes for one drink… ended up having to pull out of the line and leave because of the wait.
