I did frequent this location quite often almost daily!. This last time I was highly annoyed when the girl who I've never seen before asked if I wanted to tip on my card, implying that it is EXPECTED!!!! Don't get me wrong I don't mind tipping occasionally especially when I see the same people there time after time, but implying that its expected makes me NOT want to return to this location! I am new to Biggby coffee, anytime i have a question about coffee (recommendations, adjusting the drink) the girls here are so kind and helpful! I ordered a caramel cold foam cold brew with two espresso shots, she even helped me add sweetener. so good!
