Very friendly customer service! Chai Tea Latte was, as always, phenomenal. Highly recommend Biggby regardless of location, but was pleasantly surprised when one so close appeared on Google maps.
Amazing experience got free food for it being their company birthday
Been here maybe 8 times over the past couple of years. It’s just okay. Usually the drinks taste really plain with no flavor. I keep trying it because they send me coupons and I want to like it but I really don’t. I don’t know if the staff here aren’t trained right or what but the Lewis Center location is way better. The latte I got today just tasted like steamed milk with burnt coffee. Was supposed to have caramel and white chocolate flavor and I didn’t taste either at all. Oh well.
I got here every Thursday & Saturday morning as my treat/ routine! I’ve never ever had a bad experience with my coffees or the costumer service. They are A1!!
