I’m going to be SO for real right now- Biggby is THAT place. I go to this location daily, and when I say they know my name and my order… I mean I barely even have to speak at this point 😂 Ian, Mikayla, and the entire staff are seriously unmatched. Biggby’s food is high quality and delicious, and everyone who works at this location is so nice, friendly, and welcoming. We love it so much we order here several times a week. However, the majority of the time now, our order is incorrect. It started out intermittently with asking for whip and not getting it. I just stopped to get an afternoon coffee at the Hilliard rome location. I don’t know the name of the young lady, but she has long brown hair pulled back in a ponytail. She was very sweet. I pulled out and about a minute and a half later, I dumped my entire coffee on my passenger seat. I went back through the drive-through and when she saw me She asked why I was back so soon I told her I had spilled my entire coffee on my passenger seat.
