Loved the whole experience! First time here and first time hearing of biggby coffee. The staff were amazing and the coffee was as delicious! The environment was very welcoming and comfortable. I wish we had these stores in Myrtle Beach! I will be back next time I am in town!!
Service it’s very very very very very very very very very slow! This location will not make a DoorDash order if they have people in line! DoorDash comes last at this place! I had an order pick up at 1 o’clock at 1:25. I asked where the order was, and there was still no answer! I had to unassigned the order. I also notified DoorDash that you guys are not taking orders as well from DoorDash! Will definitely not be back.
Unfortunately as much as I used to love & go out of my way to come here it has changed. Since the one blonde girl that left a few months ago that was always at the window left I’m not sure what has happened . Management, training I’m unsure. After ordering a bagel it was so hard to chew I had to take it back. I have been here several times and while the drinks are average. The service is super slow! And not really sure why because it’s never busy.
