Biggby in Cedar lake is SO awesome! From the drinks to the food to the staff! I absolutely ADORE Tracie and love seeing her when I go! 🫶
1 of my favorite coffee shops. The whole family loves it. I would recommend any of the "Bear" drinks. My wife loves the Red Bull mocktails. The bagel sandwiches are amazing. The staff is incredible, always polite, and always in a good mood, which is rare to see.
After waiting an eternity I recieved my drink wrong. I paid for extra sweet foam and they put cool whip on it which is free. I told them and they returned it with barely any sweet foam and cool whip still on it. I paid almost 10$ for a small coffee that isn't even that great.
I only get my points half the time. I hand them my biggby card everytime its applicable. Its annoying, why have a reward program for people who frequent your establishment and not honor it?
