I generally go to this Bigby about 2-3 times per week out of convenience of it being next to my home. I always order ahead, not to necessarily make it faster but in hopes of saving someone time of having to take an order verbally. Regardless, even if I order 15-20 minutes before arrival, my order is hardly ever ready but I am generally patient. Biggby is my favorite coffee shop in Westfield. Really delicious bagels and the coffee is really good!
Truthfully the food and drinks are pretty decent. However the service is so slow. I don’t know why it consistently takes 10-15 mins in the drive through to get one drink and a bagel. The people are usually friendly but something is wrong when it takes that long. I legit have to budget lots of time in I plan on getting something
I will travel 5 miles out of my way just to visit this location.
