Service was polite and calm.
The frozen coffee drinks are very tasty!!! So far have been here twice, planning to go more while in the area. Try it out!!
We’ve been coming to Biggby Coffee since they opened back in 2023, and it’s been our favorite coffee spot ever since! Both locations—off Hills and Dales Rd and Everhard Rd—are fantastic. The shops are always clean, cozy, and inviting. The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming, and you can tell both owners genuinely care about their business and their customers. I’d just left a bad review for the one on hills and dales and felt like I should cleanse my palette by leaving a good one here because the employees here are always so nice and helpful. I always have a good experience and really appreciate the way they interact with customers. I wish I knew all of their names to shout them out.
Super long wait time just for a coffee and a bagel and the blonde girl with freckles named Zoey I believe is what I heard someone call her at the window was very, very rude. Heard her using some profanity and making fun of our weight because she thought the window was closed. I won't be coming back here. I heard good things prior but that was just unacceptable.
