Very very slow.... this place is slower than molasses. Plus the one girl kept playing with her hair. Very unsanitary
’ve been a loyal customer at this Biggby for a long time — I come almost every day — but after today, I won’t be back. The woman working the window was completely out of line. She went from being fine to acting aggressively toward me for no reason at all. My food was burned, my drink wasn’t even the flavor I ordered, and it honestly felt like she did it on purpose just to be spiteful. Second time I have gone to get a breakfast bagel and each time it has been incorrect. I understand being out of certain ingredients (to a degree, it’s Tuesday and you’re out of egg?) but at least listen and have the rest of the order correct. I shouldn’t have to tear it apart in the drive through
