the girl who took my order, short white woman with blonde hair, pony tail, and I believe a nose piercing, was very very rude to me. I was in the drive thru, I made my order at the speaker, after 2 ish minutes of commotion and static in the background, I think she must have been on the phone and not realized it.. but I could hear how much she actually just wanted to walk out that day. Biggby's staff is always wonderful. No matter which Biggby I go to, they are always so kind, and they masterfully create the perfect drink. Plus, they give you coupons and let you still use them even if they've expired. So don't throw away your coupons. They still honor them. I mean, who does that. No one, except Biggby. Hands down, their the best coffee by far. I'll take it over any Starbucks drink any day.

Please get the huge pot hole fixed at your drive thru window. I hit that thing at almost spilled my coffee. Never had food here. Coffee is a hit or miss depending on who makes it.
