Been to many biggby stores. This one is the most unfriendly one I ever been too. No hello. No here's your drink. Just handed me my charge and then I got my drink. I said have a nice day. No response. Bad customer service here. I won't be going back.
No matter how many people are working your drinks are going to take forever and come out wrong. I don’t know why this location struggles so much every other location I go to is an awesome experience. But here I waited 20 minutes for 2 drinks and 2 bagels
I have ordered a Biggby coffee and bagel every morning since Biggby was established in 2008 (used to live in Lansing). I have been to a good amount of locations and have never received this type of service. I was greeted with inconvenience as if annoyed that I was present to order something. I was charged $15.29 for a havarti bagel and large frozen black bear, instead I was presented with a small and when I corrected the order another barista had to overspeak the cashier who seemed perturbed that I had corrected my own order... read more
Pretty sure they forgot the coffee in my drink. It tastes like just milk
