Paid $10 for a Frozen Suba with extra Boba and when I received it there was absolutely NO Boba in it. Wasted money on a drink that they won't remake nor refund me for. Honestly you are just better off going to other Biggby locations or even Starbucks.
I previously boycott this location shortly after they opened because I had gone on several occasions and had had burnt coffee or the incorrect order. However, I had decided to try again after about a year. Today was the third time my husband and I stopped and the North Nottawa location and not only was our order made incorrectly, the coffee was badly burnt. My husband and I got two different flavored lattes and they both tasted the same with no flavor whatsoever. I'm not sure if the oatmilk was too overpowering or the coffee was burnt as well, but they were so bad. This was our first time here, but we won't be back to this one. Five Lakes is much better.
