Everytime I order a bragel it's really hard and inedible :/ very disappointing for the price of it as well, I expect to at least eat my food but I end up ripping off half of my bagel due to chewiness and literally rock hard pieces.
Probably the nicest people I've ever met at a Biggby work here. Super kind and inviting to a weirdo just traveling through. Your hospitality and friendliness was definitely appreciated. Thank you.
