Ordered an ice scuba blast and love, love, loved it!! Cute, little shop. Great customer service! Would definitely stop back if in the he area again!

Staff inside are rude when I come in the pick up an online (through Biggby App) order. They always yell at me to wait in the line to place an order or wait for the next Uber order even though my order is sitting ready at the pickup counter. Every time I have to argue with someone just to get my order. Drive thru is not an option if there is a line because it is extremely slow (more than 10 minutes on one car today). One lady has good work ethic, does all the work, and is very nice so she gets the star.

I absolutely LOVE Biggby! Their new Golden Chai Latte made with oat milk is absolutely amazing, especially on ice. I love that it contains Tumeric which has a number of health benefits. My other Bigby favorite is the Turkey Havarti Bragel on an everything bagel. Havarti cheese is amazing! The thing that would make it even better would be adding a slice of tomato. Bigby never disappoints.
