I ordered from door dash to have 4 drinks delivered 3 of them being Carmel drinks but all different names and one kids milk. We got our order and none of them were labeled. So we had to do the guessing game, I called and the girl I spoke to admitted that it was there mistake for not labeling them, but wouldn’t even give me a credit since it was through door dash and said it would have to go through them. My favorite coffee house.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I get 2 shots over a large cup of ice. Today I get told "we dont do that here." They gave me my shots in a paper cup and a small cup of ice. What's the purpose of wasting a paper cup when I want my shots in a large cup over a large amount of ice. I put my protein drink with my shots. So not only are you wasting paper cups but you are going against what Biggby stands for. So much for would you like that hot iced or frozen!!!!! Apparently you can't get what you want here so I will not be back.

I would enjoy this location significantly more if the workers didn’t ask me if I want to tip when I pay. Absolutely no issues with tipping, but don’t put people on the spot.
